training for Aftershock

The camera is following Chris Sanders as he walks up to a gym somewhere in New Orleans. Sanders opens the door and walks up to the front desk.

Sanders:"I'm looking for Desmond White. I was told he is working out here today."

Man at desk:"He is in the back, but he asked not to be disturbed."

Sanders:"Thanks...lets go."

The camera again follows Sanders through the gym. People are working out on various machines as the camera makes it's way toward a door in the back marked "private"

Sanders cracks the door and the camera peeks inside. Desmond White is seen working out on a heavy bag over in a corner of the room. Sanders rushes inside and walks over to Desmond.

Sanders:"Desmond, can we get a word with you please?"

Desmond stops hitting the bag momentarily and stares at Chris Sanders. 

Desmond:"What do you want now?" he says as he goes back to hitting the heavy bag.

Sanders:"How do you feel after losing your match to a relatively unknown in TJ Phoenix?"

Desmond simply hits the bag harder and stares at Chris.

Chris:"Ok....how do you feel about facing Shane Billz this week at the upcoming pay-per-view?"

Desmond stops hitting the bag and slowly walks toward the ring set up in the middle of the room. As he climbs into the ring he looks down at Chris Sanders and says...

Desmond:"Shane Billz is a good up and coming young kid, but he is not going to take my title from me. I have worked too dam hard to get back to just let it go in my first title defense. I am not going to stand here and talk crap about Billz, there will be plenty of time for that later on. Right now i am here to work out and make sure that what happened last week on Fury NEVER happens again. I got embarrassed by Phoenix last week and I promise you that will never happen again. I took Phoenix lightly and was looking past him to the winner of the match on Ravage. That was my mistake. I bear no ill will toward Phoenix...he saw an opening and he took it. That's what this business is all about, seeing an opening and taking advantage of your opponents mistakes.I made a mistake and now the entire WWX is clammoring for a title shot thinking I do not deserve to be the Conquest Champion. I am going to prove at Aftershock that not only do I deserve to be the champ, but that I will beat the hell out of anyone who tries to take my belt from me."

Desmond looks toward the small crowd of wrestlers that have gathered to watch the interview.

Desmond:"You guys get in here."

the young wrestlers begin talking amongst each other before one finally asks..."who do you want in there?"

Desmond:"All of you....yea...all 5 of you...let's go!!"

the wrestlers circle the ring and one by one climb inside the squared circle. Desmond takes them all on, swinging lefts and rights, hitting clotheslines and throwing the younger wrestlers from corner to corner. As Desmond thrown the last one over the top rope he looks back down at Chris Sanders.

Desmond:"You see that.....that is how I train for a title match. I will be ready come Aftershock. Now you go tell Shane Billz he needs to get his ass in the gym and stop watching some woman shake her ass. That's not going to get you ready for a match and it sure as hell aint going to get you ready to get in the ring with me!!!"

Desmond hops down out of the ring and hits the heavy bag once again as he walks past to headed for the shower room.

Chris:"Desmond White looks determined to hold on to his Conquest Title at Aftershock but only time will tell."
