Ruthless Russ Riker is your typical old school, smash mouth, take no lip from anyone shoot style wrestler turned trainer/manager that enjoys nothing more than sharing his "win by all means necessary" tactics" and the "it's only cheating if you get caught" philosophy. Stretching his young students to the point of tears just happens to be one of his perks. He claims to have the most powerful grip in the world and that his strength is due to having double tendons in his hands.

Ask Riker if wrestling is "fake" and you are likely to wake up in a hospital bed sucking food through a straw with a broken jaw wired shut or at the very least getting the taste slapped out of your mouth for asking such a stupid question.

Still living by his old ways from his glory days when wrestlers piled up into a cheap gas efficient 4 seater, slept in the thriftiest of hotels and lived the American Dream on the road, territory to territory.
